Project Scope

Designed site for new 6,500 sf footprint mixed commercial/subsidized multi-residential facility on 0.5-acre parcel in urban neighborhood.
Since site was originally five housing lots, design required extensive utility demolition and replacement.
Building access points connect directly onto street sidewalks.
Extensive landscape design on compact parcel to enhance building aesthetics and partially screen parking lot.
Project was part of two-site overall project which cost $8.2M.
Construction commenced in December 2019.
