Vanguard Engineering provided construction inspection and administration services for the rehabilitation of five streets totaling 2,420 lf.
Work took place adjacent to a known contaminated site that required PID monitoring during excavation. Soil identified as contaminated required special treatment and disposal.
We used an on-line newsletter to communicate daily with involved Residents. It was convenient for them and saved time explaining events on an individual basis.
